Boxing is not just for men. In fact, more and more women are taking up boxing everyday – whether to compete or as a highly effective way to get and stay fit as well as to boost mental wellbeing. Boxing is more than an intense workout that increases fitness, it is also one that brings the benefit of learning a new skill, whilst challenging you physically and mentally.
Starting with the fundamentals of foot work and hand positioning, you will develop some serious cardiovascular conditioning and learn one of the most demanding and rewarding sports there is.
