MARTIN DIMITROV COACH & TRAINER

Boxing coach and personal trainer, Martin Dimitrov, is also the founder of The Square Boxing Club. As an amateur boxer competing across Europe and winning national boxing titles for over 15 years, he now offers the his experience and knowledge to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and lifestyle. Results are guaranteed if you follow his philosophy on what real training is – hard work, there’s no substitute for it!

PERSONAL TRAINING IN THE GYM

Single session and PT packs are available for private one to one training in the gym (Chelsea / Knightsbridge). Sessions are customised to your individual goals and fitness level, to boost your boxing and fitness. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase more than 20 PT sessions and check out our transformation programmes.

BOXING PT AT HOME

One-to-one private training form the comfort and convenience of your own home. 

Train in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our expert boxing coach brings the coaching to you (no equipment required). For one to one training, book a single session or 10 pack, and for more than one person at home or a pack of more than 10 sessions, please enquire for costs.

Home PT is available to residents or visitors accross London including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Fulham, Mayfair, Belgravia, St John’s Wood, Hampstead and more. Note that prices may vary depending on your location (dependingt on travel time). You can also check out our transformation programme packages.

BOXING PT OUTDOORS

Training takes place in Fulham and Chelsea in London – exact location provided on booking. 

Get the gloves on and train in the fresh air with our highly experienced coach – single session and PT packs for outdoor training are available to purchase from £105 per session (approx 60-70 mins), for private one to one training outdoors (gloves provided). Please get in touch if you would like to chat about our outdooor training or to purchase larger session packs.

1:1 Coaching

Session sizes are deliberately kept small, so our coach has enough time to give everyone individual coaching throughout each session and in line with your goals. So you get exceptional value, every time.

Nutrition

You can train as hard as Tyson, but if your nutrition isn’t good,  you’ll struggle to get the results you want. We offer help with nutrition and how best to suppport your training, please contact us for details.

Challenges

Up for a challenge? We often run challenges for a bit of a fun and extra inspiration to keep you active in between sessions, and for a bit of fun and light competition!
