Whether you’re looking for a fun and challenging way to get fit whilst learning a new skill, keen to enhance your boxing technique or improve your fitness – be prepared to push yourself as hard and far as you can!

Providing a challenging and personalised workout whatever your level, get the benefit of personal training at group training prices. No more than six people per session means training is tailored to you, so you get the best from every workout. 

Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness and boxing – every session is different and designed to deliver proven results, incorporating a variety of high intensity cardio circuits, ground work along with bag, pad and foot work plus technical drills to push you to your limits!

As well as an intense training session that will significantly boost your fitness, you will learn a new and rewarding skill that challenges both physically and mentally. Discover how the discipline of boxing combined with HIIT style training methods can truly improve your fitness and mental well being.

SEMI-PRIVATE BOXING MEMBERSHIPS

Our semi-private group sessions are offered on a three month rolling membership basis. It takes commitment and dedication to get the results you want. Our focus is on working with you to smash your longer term fitness and boxing goals. This doesn’t happen overnight.

Our tried and tested training is proven to deliver results, but only with your hard work. Book a trial session first and if you decide to join, the cost is deducted from the first month of your membership (payable monthly with access to all daily semi-private group sessions).

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

We also offer corporate or private group sessions at our gym or we can come to your home or workplace. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a group session for your company, friends or family.

NUTRITION ADVICE

1:1 Coaching

Session sizes are deliberately kept small, so our coach has enough time to give everyone individual coaching throughout each session and in line with your goals. So you get exceptional value, every time.

Nutrition

You can train as hard as Tyson, but if your nutrition isn’t good,  you’ll struggle to get the results you want. We offer help with nutrition and how best to suppport your training, please contact us for details.

Up for a challenge? We often run challenges for a bit of a fun and extra inspiration to keep you active in between sessions, and for a bit of fun and light competition!
