Richard Williams

Richard Williams

My name is Richard Williams. I was a professional boxer (Richard ‘The Secret’ Williams) a Top 10 world rated boxer (winning the Commonwealth Light Middleweight title twice and the International Boxing Organization (IBO) light middleweight title).

I am now a qualified fitness instructor.

Since 2010, I have been sharing my knowledge of boxing techniques and fitness with others, both in classes and 1-2-1 sessions. I work with people who want to try a new and exciting way to get fit and strong, and professional boxers attempting to climb the ladder of success.

My Philosophy is simple….HARD WORK. There is no substitute for it.

NO Miracle Diet
NO Magical Training Regime
NO New Wonder way to lose weight and get in shape.

If you want that TRANSFORMATION, of feeling fitter and looking better than you do right now, or than you have ever done before.

GET Motivated
GET Dedicated
GET Serious

To begin your transformation, means to push yourself out of your comfort zone.

It means to commit to change of routine, change of focus, change of motivation.

And I can help you!
